Aviation

IWWT is experienced in a wide range of zoning and land use matters, representing both private owners and government entities. Education Law


We have particular expertise in all areas of general and special education law. We recognize the unique characteristics of representing school boards and fully appreciate the heightened awareness required when dealing with public entities and children. All school districts are unique with their own distinctive challenges. We focus on understanding the particular programs, needs and goals of each of our school board clients. This is why our Education Law practice is designed to have a relatively small number of school clients for whom we provide close personal service. We pride ourselves on our responsiveness to each client’s needs and the personal/professional relationships that we develop with our school board clients.

IWWT attorneys have extensive experience as both advocates and neutrals for alternative dispute resolution. Nicholas Grieco and Lisa D. Taylor both serve as mediators for the United States District Court and Mr. Grieco has also served as a Special Master for the United States District Court. Ms. Taylor serves as an arbitrator and mediator on the Commercial Panel of the American Arbitration Association and as an arbitrator for the American Health Lawyers Dispute Resolution Service and the United States District Court. She is also a member of the Roster of Court-Approved Mediators as a R. 1:40 Qualified Mediator by the State of New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts and was certified as a mediator by the International Mediation Institute in The Hague, Netherlands. Ellen O’Connell has served as a hearing examiner for civil service matters.
