LICENSING, PROFESSIONAL DISCIPLINE AND ETHICS

This experience includes matters brought by the New York Office of Professional Medical Conduct and the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affair’s Boards of Medical Examiners, Dentistry, Social Work, Nursing, Chiropractic Examiners, Psychological Examiners, Professional Counselors, Veterinary Medical Examiners, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy and Cosmetology and Hairstyling. IWWT attorneys also represent insurance producers and brokers before the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. Attorneys with the firm, including John P. Inglesino and Justin A. Marchetta, represent applicants and licensees in proceedings before the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, as well as municipal alcoholic beverage licensing boards. IWWT attorneys also have extensive experience advocating for pilots and certificated crewmembers before the Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board, and Justin A.
