JODI M. LUCIANI

Jodi Luciani is Counsel at Inglesino, Webster, Wyciskala & Taylor, LLC and concentrates her practice on land use and zoning, redevelopment, municipal law and regulatory and government affairs. She has provided guidance and assistance to both public and private clients in the area of redevelopment from the preparation of preliminary investigations to designate areas in need of rehabilitation and redevelopment to developing redevelopment plans and ordinances, and formulating redevelopment agreements including the requisite adopting legislation. Ms. Luciani has worked with governmental entities to secure public financing incentives, such as tax exemptions and/or abatements, which are essential components of making a redevelopment project feasible.

Ms. Luciani has assisted clients in obtaining land use approvals for a variety of planning and zoning matters and development projects. She currently serves on the Township of Springfield Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Additionally, Ms. Luciani has represented public entities, including public utilities, parking and housing authorities and municipalities throughout the State of New Jersey through public contracting for nearly a decade. In that regard, she has extensive knowledge of local, state and federal regulations and is intimately familiar with public procedure, including procurement, and policy implementation.

Ms. Luciani has counseled corporate and real estate clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. She has significant experience negotiating, drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, easements, lease agreements, deeds of dedication and related project acquisition and development agreements.

Ms. Luciani also provides representation in litigation before administrative and judicial tribunals related to civil litigation, including breach of contract, challenges to land use approvals, redevelopment issues and matters in the area of local public contract law.
