NICHOLAS A. GRIECO

Nicholas A. Grieco is a partner with the Firm. Mr. Grieco handles a variety of complex civil litigation matters and represents clients in disputes throughout the State of New Jersey in both State and Federal Court. Mr. Grieco’s practice areas include commercial and business litigation, insurance defense litigation, governmental and municipal litigation, and product liability and tort litigation. Mr. Grieco has extensive experience in handling Tort Claims under N.J.S.A. 59:1-1, et seq., CEPA claims, LAD claims, and §1983 claims.

Mr. Grieco is a Mediator and Special Master in a number of Federal litigation matters. Additionally, Mr. Grieco serves as Chairman of the Essex County Utility Authority. Mr. Grieco is a member of the bars of the State of New Jersey and the District of Columbia; the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey; the Third Circuit Court of Appeals; and, the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Grieco earned his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School in 1990. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in 1987.
