JERRY A. NELSON

Jerry A. Nelson is Counsel at the law firm of Inglesino, Webster, Wyciskala & Taylor, LLC. Mr. Nelson concentrates his practice in real estate and business transactions and has over thirty years of experience.

Mr. Nelson has counseled real estate and corporate clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including, acquisitions, contracts, easements, financing, land use, leases, redevelopment, and sales. He has also assisted clients to acquire, develop, finance, lease, manage, improve, redevelop, and sell properties, including, land, hotels, industrial, mixed-use, multi-family, offices, restaurants, retail, shopping centers, towers, and warehouses.

Mr. Nelson has represented clients as in-house Counsel and General Counsel, from counseling and drafting to negotiating and litigating. He has also been a speaker and writer for law conferences and publications and an Eagle Scout and volunteer.
