DEREK W. ORTH
Derek W. Orth is an associate with the law firm of Inglesino, Webster, Wyciskala & Taylor. Mr. Orth’s practice encompasses a wide range of litigation matters, including general civil litigation, zoning and land use litigation, tort actions, and criminal matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Orth clerked for the Honorable Thomas L. Weisenbeck, A.J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County. Mr. Orth is also certified as a Special Civil Part (Small Claims) Mediator, and has mediated dozens of cases to an amicable conclusion.
Mr. Orth graduated cum laude from Carleton College in 2009, where he received a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Spanish. He then attended Rutgers University School of Law-Newark, from which he graduated cum laude in 2012. While in law school, Mr. Orth interned for the Honorable Harold W. Fullilove, P.J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County, as well as the Honorable William J. Martini, U.S.D.J., in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Orth also worked in the Appellate Bureau of the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, where he helped prosecute criminal appeals on behalf of the State.
