DEAN J. DONATELLI
Prior to joining Inglesino, Webster, Wyciskala & Taylor, Mr. Donatelli represented and served as in-house counsel to multi-national and publicly-traded companies and handled matters of development, leasing, corporate governance, condominium formation and registration, construction contracting and related litigation.
Dean has represented and closely advised clients in transactional and land use matters involving more than 20 million square feet of industrial, office and retail space and over 1,500 market rate and affordable housing units in the most competitive and heavily regulated markets of New Jersey and New York.
Mr. Donatelli began his legal career with Drinker Biddle & Reath, where he represented New Jersey-based companies in acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, construction and ground-up development involving properties of varying uses and environmental complexity. He also represented private and corporate borrowers in the placement of mortgage financing and debt, and played a lead role in obtaining federal, state and local approvals for development of several million square feet of commercial space. Before entering private practice, Mr. Donatelli served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Howard H. Kestin of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Prior to entering the legal profession, Dean earned his license to practice architecture from the New Jersey State Board of Architects, which he still maintains today together with admissions to the New Jersey and New York Bars.
